New installations of modules equipment in Italy

2BG, an Italian company specialized in the development of systems for the photovoltaic devices production, has completed the upgrading of the plant for the crystalline modules production of Cappello Alluminio, working in the production and marketing of aluminium products and new reality of Italian PV. With the new line of 10MWp, the throughput is led up to 13 MWp. Moreover, 2BG installed a Tabber&Stringer SPIRIT BIPV for the crystalline modules production for architectural use at Energy Glass in Como. The machine allows the connection of cells series outside the standard range, fully customizable concerning spacing and sizes up to a maximum length of 4,500 mm for each string. The system remarkable flexibility allows to cut the operating costs linked to this products process, with a considerable lowering of failure rates and working times.
